Neighbors gathering for wellness, encouragement, and community support
Health Fairs
Caring for Our Community Through Wellness, Encouragement, and Connection
At Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church, we believe caring for our neighbors includes caring for the whole person — body, mind, and spirit.
Through Community Health Fairs and wellness-focused events, we seek to provide encouragement, practical support, helpful resources, and opportunities for healthy living for neighbors in Pleasant Grove, western Birmingham, and the surrounding community.
These events bring together healthcare professionals, community organizations, volunteers, and church members to offer wellness education, screenings, fellowship, and compassionate care in a welcoming environment.
As a church, we desire to be a Beacon of Light by connecting faith, encouragement, learning, wellness, and community support in meaningful ways.
