Lunch and Learn

Lunch and Learn gatherings provide opportunities for fellowship, food, encouragement, and practical learning throughout the year.
Held approximately once each quarter, these gatherings focus on topics related to wellness, daily living, community care, and healthy aging while creating space for neighbors and church family to connect around the table.
Recent topics have included:
- Eye health and vision concerns
- Foot health and wellness
- Balance and stability
Lunch and Learn grew out of the community wellness connections developed through the annual Health Fair ministry at Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church.
