Community Health Fair – June 17

Join us Wednesday, June 17, from 9:00–11:00 AM for a fun and informative Community Health Fair at Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church.

We are partnering with UAB School of Physical Therapy and Blue Cross Blue Shield to provide simple wellness assessments, helpful health education, and community resources.

UAB fellows and faculty will offer one-on-one assessments, including blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen level, balance, grip strength, and more. Participants will also receive practical information to help support healthy living.

Community partners will be available with resources, information, and activities designed especially for older adults and caregivers.

Enjoy games, snacks, music, fellowship, and maybe even a little dancing as we learn, connect, and have fun together.

Whether you want to learn more about your health, discover local resources, or simply enjoy a morning with friends, we invite you to join us.
