Serving Our Community
Sharing Christ’s Love Through Practical Acts of Service
At Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church, we believe that faith is lived out through loving service.
Jesus called His followers to love their neighbors, care for those in need, welcome the stranger, encourage the discouraged, and be His hands and feet in the world. Every ministry of our church seeks to reflect His compassion by meeting practical needs while sharing the hope of Jesus Christ.
Some opportunities involve serving regularly.
Others happen during special events or community projects.
Some ministries provide physical assistance.
Others offer encouragement, friendship, prayer, or spiritual support.
Together, they demonstrate God’s love in tangible ways throughout our community.

Become Involved
There is a place for everyone to serve.
Whether you enjoy working with your hands, encouraging others, praying, organizing, teaching, visiting, or helping behind the scenes, God can use your gifts to bless others.
If you would like to become involved in one of these ministries, we would love to help you find a place to serve.
Serving is not only a blessing to others—it is also one of the ways God grows us as disciples of Jesus Christ.
