What do Christians believe?
This is one of the most important questions anyone can ask.
The Christian faith is built upon the truth revealed by God in the Bible. These core beliefs explain who we are, why we need a Savior, what Jesus Christ has done for us, and how we can experience a restored relationship with God.
Whether you are exploring Christianity for the first time, a new believer, or someone seeking to strengthen your understanding of the Bible, these foundational teachings will help you build a solid and lasting faith.
The core beliefs of the Christian faith reveal God’s plan of redemption—from humanity’s need for salvation to the hope of eternal life through Jesus Christ.
The Gospel Story
The Bible tells one beautiful, connected story.
God created humanity to know Him and enjoy a relationship with Him.
Sin entered the world and separated people from God.
Yet God did not abandon His creation.
Out of His great love, He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to save sinners.
Through His death and resurrection, Jesus made forgiveness, reconciliation, and eternal life possible for everyone who places their faith in Him.
These core beliefs help us understand that wonderful story and how it changes our lives today.
