Praying for Others
Joining God in His Work Through Faithful Intercession
One of the greatest privileges of prayer is bringing the needs of others before God.
Throughout Scripture, believers are encouraged to pray not only for themselves but also for their families, friends, churches, communities, leaders, and even those who oppose them. This kind of prayer is often called intercessory prayer—standing before God on behalf of someone else.
When we pray for others, our hearts become more like the heart of Christ.
We learn compassion.
We carry one another’s burdens.
We celebrate answered prayers together.
And we trust God to work in ways we may never fully see.
Intercessory prayer reminds us that we are part of the body of Christ, called to love and care for one another through faithful prayer.

Faithful Intercession
Prayer is one of the greatest ways we can love another person.
Sometimes we cannot solve a problem.
Remove the pain.
Or change the circumstances.
But we can always pray.
God hears every sincere prayer, works according to His perfect wisdom, and faithfully cares for every person we place before Him.
Never underestimate what God can accomplish through a praying heart.
