Our integrity should remain consistent whether others are watching or whether we are working behind the scenes.
Working with integrity means more than avoiding dishonesty. It means doing what is right because it honors God. Christians demonstrate integrity by keeping their promises, speaking truthfully, completing their work diligently, treating others fairly, admitting mistakes, and making ethical decisions even when doing so is difficult.
