Love One Another
Reflecting Christ’s Love Through Our Daily Relationships
Love is the foundation of the Christian life. Jesus taught that loving God and loving others are the greatest commandments, and He gave His followers a new command: to love one another as He has loved us. Christian love is more than an emotion—it is a daily choice to serve, forgive, encourage, sacrifice, and seek the good of others.
The love Christ calls us to demonstrate is patient, kind, humble, forgiving, and faithful. It reaches beyond family and close friends to include neighbors, fellow believers, strangers, and even those who are difficult to love. As we grow in our relationship with Christ, His love transforms the way we treat everyone around us.
Whether at home, in the church, at work, in our community, or wherever God places us, loving one another is one of the clearest ways we reflect Jesus to the world.

What Does It Mean to Love One Another?
Biblical love is not based on feelings alone. It is a commitment to seek the good of others and to reflect the love Christ has shown us.
Loving one another means:
Showing kindness
Offering forgiveness
Speaking truth with grace
Serving willingly
Being patient
Showing compassion
Praying for others
Bearing one another’s burdens
Encouraging one another
Living in peace whenever possible
Choosing love often requires humility, sacrifice, and dependence on God’s strength.
Jesus Is Our Example
Jesus demonstrated perfect love throughout His earthly ministry.
He welcomed those who were overlooked.
He forgave those who sinned against Him.
He comforted the hurting.
He served others with humility.
He showed compassion to the sick and needy.
He washed His disciples’ feet.
He gave His life on the cross for our salvation.
Followers of Christ are called to love others with that same selfless, sacrificial love.
