Jesus told His followers:
“You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden.”

Letting your light shine is not about drawing attention to yourself. It is about reflecting Jesus so clearly that others see God’s love, grace, truth, and hope through your life.

Jesus compared His followers to light because light changes the environment around it.
Light brings:

Don’t Hide Your Light
Jesus taught that a lamp is meant to give light.

A lukewarm faith is a faith that has lost its passion, urgency, and devotion.
Signs of spiritual cooling may include:

The brighter our relationship with Christ, the brighter our light becomes.
